Alterations
Order alterations may incur additional charges, billed accordingly.
Delivery
Delivery costs are non-refundable. While we strive to accommodate delivery preferences, we cannot guarantee fulfillment. Please provide any special requirements or restrictions during checkout. Softbedmattress.co.uk is not responsible for damages caused by the delivery team.
Please note that drivers deliver to your front door, and accurate stairway measurements are crucial. Adverse weather conditions may cause delivery delays.
Fitting
For Addtional Charges Our fitting service includes delivering and assembling the bed in your chosen room, excluding dismantling or removal of old beds or packaging.
Warranty
We offer a 90-day warranty for bed frames, ensuring quality and craftsmanship. A part replacement warranty for up to 1 years covers defects. Terms and conditions apply.
Cancellation and Returns
For damaged or missing goods, report within 24 hours. A 14-day cooling-off period allows order cancellation. Custom-sized beds, used or assembled items, and certain conditions are non-returnable.
After the cooling-off period, cancellations and returns are limited. Return costs apply, and specific charges may occur for incorrect size orders. Please review our policy for complete details.
