Return Policy

As return policy of  our beds are made to order in your chosen color and size, you can return with in 14 days of delivery. Ordering free fabric samples beforehand is recommended to ensure satisfaction. The customer service team is available via phone and Email for any queries or assistance.

Please Note:

Please make sure the product is unopened, unused and in the original packaging, with all seals, shrink-wrap or labels still attached, and in the condition, you received, allowing us to sell the item on as new.

IF THERE IS ANY EVIDENCE OF USAGE FOUND ON THE PRODUCT (i.e. ODOURS, PET HAIR, FAECES) WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND. Once the item has been delivered to us, please provide us with the tracking information and your reference number so that our Warehouse team can inspect the item and proceed accordingly. IF THE GOODS ARE RECEIVED IN USED CONDITION OR NOT BOXED AS NEW IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WE WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR REFUND. You will be notified accordingly via email and photographic evidence will be provided.
