No, we don’t operate a showroom. Soft Beds Ltd is an exclusively online company. We provide nationwide delivery across the UK, and we are a registered and UK-owned business.

Yes, the bed you receive will precisely match the image displayed on the Soft Beds Ltd website, including the color of your choice.

Soft Beds Ltd offers two types of Ottoman bases: slatted and solid. The slatted Ottoman base requires more assembly time but provides a robust foundation with wooden slats. The solid base Ottoman, pre-built in two parts, is recommended for spacious staircases and offers ample storage space with a solid wooden base.

The standard delivery time to most mainland UK addresses is typically between 5 to 10 working days from the order date. Deliveries to certain regions may take slightly longer, and our delivery team will keep you informed of any delays.

Measure the width and height of the door to ensure the headboard can pass through. Measure the intended space for the bed within your home and check for any obstacles, such as narrow hallways.

Soft Beds Ltd provides detailed instructions to guide customers through each step of the assembly process. The customer service team is available for any questions or concerns.

As our beds are made to order in your chosen color and size, you can return with in 14 days of delivery. Ordering free fabric samples beforehand is recommended to ensure satisfaction. The customer service team is available via phone and Email for any queries or assistance.

Please Note:

Please make sure the product is unopened, unused and in the original packaging, with all seals, shrink-wrap or labels still attached, and in the condition, you received, allowing us to sell the item on as new.

IF THERE IS ANY EVIDENCE OF USAGE FOUND ON THE PRODUCT (i.e. ODOURS, PET HAIR, FAECES) WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND. Once the item has been delivered to us, please provide us with the tracking information and your reference number so that our Warehouse team can inspect the item and proceed accordingly. IF THE GOODS ARE RECEIVED IN USED CONDITION OR NOT BOXED AS NEW IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WE WILL NOT PROCESS YOUR REFUND. You will be notified accordingly via email and photographic evidence will be provided.
