Our free standard delivery service ensures that once your order has been collected by the external courier, it will be delivered within 5-7 working days. The dispatch time frame, during which goods are ready for collection by the external courier, is also within this 5-7 working day period. You will receive an email or text notification from the courier using the contact details you provided when your order is prepared for delivery.
If your postal code falls outside mainland UK, we recommend contacting us before placing an order to confirm delivery feasibility for that specific postal code.
Please note that our standard delivery entails delivery to the doorstep of the building, and not the room of choice. If you wish for delivery to a specific room, kindly inquire about any additional charges associated with this service. Additionally, assembly of the bed is available as an extra option; for information regarding assembly charges, please reach out to us.
